Investment Objective:

Long-term capital appreciation and current income consistent with prudent investment management.

Investments:
The Fund invests primarily in securities that the Adviser believes offer the potential for both capital appreciation and current income. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of leading companies. A "leading company" is defined by the Adviser as a company that has attained a major market share in one or more products or services within its industry(ies) and possesses the potential to maintain or increase market share and profit in the future.
