Investments:
The Fund invests primarily in large-cap equity securities. The Adviser follows a value discipline in selecting securities, and therefore seeks to purchase securities at large discounts to its assessment of the companies' intrinsic values. The Adviser takes a long-term approach to investing, generally characterized by long holdings periods and low portfolio turnover.
